ET Employment Program

Peninsula Villages has partnered with ET Australia to deliver a unique employment program which includes training for a CHC33015 Certificate III Individual Support (Ageing) qualification and work placement onsite at the facility with a view to employment at Peninsula Villages.

Aged care is a rapidly growing industry that is in constant need of workers to cater to rising numbers in the ageing population.

A worker in the aged care industry needs to be equipped with specific skills to support older people with everyday life activities to maintain their wellbeing. A CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) will provide you with these skills.

This qualification is seen by many employers in the industry as the minimum entry-level qualification required to work in aged care.

Upon completion of this qualification, you will have gained the necessary skills required to pursue a rewarding and secure career in the aged care industry.

Training under JobTrainer is fee-free and fully funded by the NSW and Commonwealth governments. Eligibility criteria apply.
