Our two full time Nurse Practitioners supports all our Registered/Enrolled Nurses in clinical care, as well as skills development and mentoring. About the role We are seeking Registered and Enrolled Nurses with a passion and desire to make a difference in our residents’ lives. In this autonomous role, you will be able to work across our three onsite facilities and exercise sound clinical judgement regarding residents’ health issues including wound care and chronic & acute disease processes. About You We’d love you to be part of our team if you can demonstrate the following:
  • You'd love to take on night duty shifts
  • You have excellent communication and people management skills and look forward to thriving and growing in a supportive team environment
  • You hold current AHPRA registration
  • A minimum of two years experience as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse in an aged care setting is advantageous but not essential as Peninsula Villages will provide training to assist with the transition to practice in Aged Care.
  • You showcase excellent time management and organisation skills, and are proficient at resident documentation and have outstanding clinical skills

About the role We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and dedicated Personal Care Assistants with a passion for aged care and the desire to make a real difference in our residents’ lives. In the role of a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide personalised care to residents in accordance with our model of care and ICCARE values, enabling them to engage in life within the home. PCAs assist with the full range of duties including personal care, medication administration, tidying up and provide opportunities for residents to engage in activities of daily living, leisure activities and wider community involvement. You will build strong, positive relationships with our residents and their families and deliver homely and loving environments by providing care with compassion, integrity and dignity. About You

  • Do you hold a minimum of Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent?
  • Do you have the ability to complete documentation on a computer and excellent communication skills?

Peninsula Villages has permanent opportunities in our Domestic Services Department. Peninsula Villages is the largest not-for-profit aged care organisation on the Central Coast. We have a proactive Model of Care, which is committed to delivering Consumer Directed Care and creating an environment where our residents feel safe, respected and receive the highest level of care possible. Due to recent growth, we have 9am - 2pm shifts available within our Domestic Services department, Monday to Friday. Your responsibilities will include:
  • General housekeeping and cleaning duties (residents’ rooms, laundries common areas, consulting rooms) using commercial cleaning equipment.
  • Assisting in our commercial laundry undertaking tasks including but not limited to loading and emptying washing machines and dryers, sorting and folding linen, and labelling clothing.
  • Removal of rubbish and restocking of cleaners’ cupboards.
  • Cleaning kitchenettes
Prior to undertaking this role, you will be provided with full training and buddy shifts. About You:
  • Do you have the ability to work autonomously, possess a great eye for detail along with the ability to complete work in a timely and accurate manner?
