Join Care Friends – Our employee referral and reward program
Peninsula Villages is excited to announce the upcoming launch of our new employee referral and reward program with Care Friends on Friday, 19th May 2023. This program is designed to reward our existing employees for recommending friends and family members for open positions at Peninsula Villages.
Employees who refer friends or family members for open positions at Peninsula Villages can earn up to $400 through the easy-to-use app and micro rewards. These rewards are given for each step in the recruitment process that their referred candidate successfully completes.
We believe that this program will be a great way to attract top talent to Peninsula Villages. Our employees know our company best, so they are in the best position to recommend qualified candidates. We are confident that this program will help us to build a strong and talented team.
On launch day, staff will receive a text message with a link to download the Care Friends app. Staff will be able to start referring and earning points right away.
